 Return and exchange
We will gladly accept returns due to damages or manufacturing defects within 30 days of your purchase. Please note the policies below before
returning your merchandise:
- Before returning merchandise to SWISH NET, please ask customer service for an authorization code. Please note: no merchandise can be
accepted without an authorization code.
- If merchandise is returned for reasons other than damage or defect, we will apply a restocking fee of 20%.
- If your SWISH NET has been damaged in the shipping process, or if there's a discrepancy or shortage in your order, please return it for
refund or exchange within three days of receipt. Unfortunately, any claims made after this three-day window cannot be processed.
- We will gladly refund shipping charges for damaged or defective merchandise. Please return items via UPS only. If you ship via another
service provider, we won't be able to refund shipping charges to you.
- After we receive your returned item, we will immediately credit your account, less the 20% restocking fee (if applicable).
Backorders
If you order an item which we expect to be out-of-stock for more than two business days, we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone to alert
you of the delay, and provide you with an estimated shipping date. At that point, you will have the option to:
- Hold the entire order until all products are in stock;
- Substitute a different product for the out-of-stock product;
- Split the order.
If you split the order, all in-stock products will be sent immediately, while the remaining out-of-stock product(s) will be sent as soon as
they arrive at our warehouse. There will be no additional shipping charge for the remaining out-of-stock products.
Damaged merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email
info@swishnet.com within three days. We will issue a "call tag" from UPS for the return of
the damaged product. This call tag enables you to return the item to us at no cost.
Once the damaged product has been returned to us, we will a send replacement immediately.
Order status
Most orders are shipped within 2 - 4 days using UPS Ground delivery, which normally takes between 2 to 5 business days in the continental U.S.
In most cases, your package can be tracked using the UPS tracking system. Your tracking number will be provided to you via email when we
ship your order. Simply visit
www.ups.com fill in your tracking number, and you can check on the status of your shipment in real-time.
