So, is the SWISH NET compatible with all basketball hoops?
Almost All. It's made to fit a standard North American hoop. It fits
all hoops that we've ever played on.
Will the SWISH NET hold me up if I grab on to the net?
Well, yes and no. One of our team members weighs 225lbs, and he hung
on just fine. We do not recommend that you do this! The SWISH NET was
never designed to hold the weight of a player. We'd have to make it
out of titanium if we wanted to do that. And we'd have to charge you a
whole bunch more ...
Is it hard to attach SWISH NET to a hoop?
Nope - it's dead easy. We designed SWISH NET so it could be installed
quickly and easily from the ground. Once you get the hang of it,
putting it up and taking it down should take you all of 30 seconds.
So what do I get when I buy SWISH NET?
Three collar rims, a net, an installation pole and an instruction
booklet that tells you how to put it together and put it up on a net.
It's all you need to enjoy SWISH NET.
What if I rip or tear my SWISH NET? Can I replace it?
No problem! You can order a replacement net or rim directly from us.

Does the SWISH NET come with a warranty?
You bet. 30 day warranty for any manufacturing defects.
What about my game? Do I have to shoot or play differently with
SWISH NET up?
Not at all. We designed SWISH NET to have no negative effect on the
game. Once you install it, you'll forget it's even there.
How long will it take to get my SWISH NET order?
That depends on where it's going to, and how fast you want it. We ship
from our warehouse within 48 hours after we receive payment; see the
shipping page for an estimate on how long it will take UPS to get it
to your house.
